New Apache RTX: TVS Motor Corp India is continuously expanding its platform. And its product is showing good performance in the market. TVS includes motorcycles like computer motorcycles in its segment and excellent sports bikes in the RTR segment. But now TVS is going to include another motorcycle in its segment, which will be named RTX, it will be included in an adventure bike segment, which will be the first motorcycle of TVS.
New Apache RTX Features
TVS Apache RTX will be an adventure bike with fully loaded features. It will have a fully digital instrument cluster, which will show many types of functional data to the rider. Along with this, TVS SmartXonnect connectivity is also going to be available along with modern features like smartphone connectivity and Bluetooth connectivity.
It is likely to have features like call alert, SMS alert, email notification, turn button navigation system via Google Maps, real-time navigation, USB Type C port for charging and stand engine cut off switch as standard features.
New Apache RTX Engine
To get the performance tasks done for the TVS Apache RTX, it is likely to be mated to a 313 cc water-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine that generates 34bhp of maximum power and 28Nm of maximum peak torque. It will be mated to 6 speed gear box. This engine achieves the same power and speed as BMW’s G 310GS.
New Apache RTX Suspension and brakes
The Apache RTX shares most of its components with the BMW G 310GS. It will use 41 mm USD forks, cast aluminum dual swing arm, and rear monoshock suspension at the rear and braking duties will be handled by a 300 mm front disc at the front and a 240 mm rear disc at the rear. Disc brakes are likely to be added. And for safety, it is going to get advanced features like anti-locking braking system and dual channel ABS.
New Apache RTX Launch Date
TVS Apache RTX could be launched in India very soon as TVS already owns the platform. But no information related to this has been given officially yet. But according to bike experts, it can be launched in India in the year 2024. And its price can be launched between Rs 3 lakh to Rs 3.5 lakh ex-showroom.
